Two Systems, One Network.
Nyumba Kumi organizes neighbours into small, self-led clusters of ten households. Community policing provides the structure — coordination, training, and a direct line to police — that turns those clusters into something that actually works at scale. COMPOL is what happens when the two run as one system, right here in Nairobi.
